Hello dawnlouise1911 I would give it a try if I was you. I needed to lose about 20lbs which was mostly on my waist and hips. I think I had this pretty much all my life. Im 54 now so I was thnking I could be getting too old to lose the weight. If you going to try it get one of the sites giving a free offer. I used http://freeacaisamples.notlong.com and I found it worked ok for me but there are lots out there. I managed to get rid of the 20lbs and I think I managed it quite quickly.
