It isn’t just women who seek to shed weight, but males do too. Consuming too much and not exercising sufficiently puts weight on men just as much as it does with women. This can result in poor body image and the desire to simply sit around all day while doing nothing. Becoming overweight could be quite depressing for anyone, which can lead to even much more weight gain due to stress consuming.

Losing weight is tough. Whoever has struggled with losing body fat or even as little as a few pounds can attest that a strict eating and working out regime is both arduous and makes you feel deprived. On top of that, dieting and exercise alone is probably not effective for everyone as they each have a different metabolism, body type, and ability to burn fat.
